Ticketstar sells tickets as an agent for and on behalf of the "Presenter" (promoter, presenter or venue as the case may be). Any representations made by the Presenter with reference to the Event or performance at any time and any associated complaints or claims arising thereon are the responsibility of the Presenter and not Ticketstar Australia. This ticket is sold subject to the Presenter's conditions of sale, a copy of which is available for inspection at the time of purchase and/or collection of this ticket, and also (to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the Presenter's conditions of sale) the following:
1. YOUR RIGHTS
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, promoters and producers prohibit Ticketstar Australia from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. A change in personal circumstances does not entitle the ticket holder to return or exchange the ticket.
2. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If the performance takes place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions or a change in personal circumstances. If a performance/event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or for any cause reasonably beyond the Presenter's control, the Presenter is not obliged to arrange a substitute service, event or performance. Postage charges will not be refunded on cancellation of an event.
3. AUTHORISED TICKETS
All customers attending a performance or event must hold a valid ticket for that performance or event. Unless tickets are purchased from an authorised Ticketstar Australia sales channel (Internet, Telephone, Box Office, Ticket Agency), ticket holders may be refused admission. Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
4. REPRESENTATION
The Presenter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists; vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity, refuse admission with reasonable cause or request a customer to leave the venue if disrupting others.
5. SECURITY
Ticket holders must comply with the security arrangements for the event and the venue including bag and personal searches and prohibition of certain items such as knives, umbrellas, glass and alcohol. The Presenter accepts no responsibility for confiscated items.
6. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Cameras, video and audio recorders, mobile phones, and pagers ("AV&T equipment") may not be permitted in certain venues. The Presenter requests that all pagers and mobile phones be turned off before entry. The Presenter reserves the right to remove a ticket holder from the event without compensation for breach of any rules in this clause.
This ticket is a Tax Invoice. The total price of this ticket includes GST if applicable.
