Take an event to the next level. Exhibitions require guests to register as outlined in our Event Registration solution, but they demand an extra level of customer service.

Registration
After utilising the Event Registration services, guests can report to your registration desk where they will receive a pre-printed name tag or lanyard that has built in barcode technology. This will allow your event staff to easily identify all your guests as well as the organisation they are from and also acts as an additional form or event security.

Guest Tracking
What guests love about exhibitions is the freedom to move around and visit different pods or booths with various information and offerings from your organisation that interests them. However, the common problem which event managers ask is: how do we track what interests our customers and which booths do they visit?

Each booth is equipped with a console screen, allowing you to use a barcode scanner to scan the guest lanyard or nametag and log that they have visit your booth. Their details will appear on the console screen along with any additional information you have on their profile. If your guest requires further information to be sent to them, or would like an on-site demo of your offering in their office the following week, you can capture these requirements and action items in the Event Management Console - never loosing a sales lead!

Reporting
After your event has taken place, you will be able to accurately justify to the stakeholders in your business how successful the event was and share with them the valuable information your event has generated.

Using the Event Management Console, generate a report which outlines the movements of all your guests, which information booths they visited, and any further information they requested or leads that were generated. You can then pass the information on to the various departments in your organisation to load in to your sales opportunity system, or create an action list for the marketing team to process.
