Electronic Tickets (eTickets)
Electronic tickets are a convenient way for people to purchase tickets to your event. Your customers will be able to print an eTicket from the comfort of their home using their own printer. They include all the information of a traditional theatre ticket, except they are printed on a piece of paper which the customer can bring to the event with them. eTickets are a quick and cost effective way for clients to purchase tickets.

Traditional Theatre Tickets
Traditional Tickets keep the romance alive about going to the theatre. Customers can elect to receive a Traditional Ticket when going through the check out process and have it mailed to their home address. Orders that are placed on your booking portal will automatically notify Ticketstar Australia and our ticket fulfilment staff will print the theatre tickets and mail them to your customers on your behalf.

Within days, your patrons will receive an envelope in the mail that has a ticket wallet with their tickets enclosed, as well as a tax invoice. One less thing for your box office staff to worry about and allowing them to carry out more beneficial tasks.
