Brett Fairbank

Brett is responsible for the overall running of Ticketstar.

Brett has a broad scope of experience in the IT industry, having previously worked for McCormick Foods Australia as an IT analyst. More recently, he has worked for IBM Australia in the capacities including sales and marketing operations, budiness development and solutions management.

His experience at Wesley College Melbourne in the capacity as Manager of the theatre company for 7 years, where he was responsible for staffing, operations, sales and publicity, lead to the development and founding of Ticketstar. He quickly saw the need for an online ticketing solution for smaller users such as educational institutions and amateur theatre groups.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Institute of Management.

Giancarlo Salamanca

Giancarlo is the technical architect of Ticketstar and is responsible for product development and network operations.

Giancarlo has a wealth of knowledge surrounding network infrastructure and data centre operations. He is our brains when it comes to development and coding of the Ticketstar platform. Having also worked in the theatre industry, he shares the common insights into the need for a reliable and scalable solution for smaller users.

Giancarlo holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Melbourne.
