Overview
The Adamson Theatre Company is the student theatre department at Wesley College's St Kilda Road campus. They produce four major productions annually, as well as two student theatre productions and special opening events. Productions involve over 400 students and attract audiences of approximately 6500 patrons a year.

Business Need:
A leader in student theatre education in Australia, The Adamson Theatre Company sought for an improved ticketing solution to manage all theatre bookings. Previously, relying on manual booking keeping methods for all ticket sales and only accepting cash payments, it made it difficult to track patronage and make adjustments to any sales.

Solution:
Ticketstar Australia worked with Wesley College to stream-line its order and booking process with an aim to increase the methods of booking and being able to provide reports and data mining capability on their customers spend habits. The solution has also allowed them to have visibility over their entire season of sales and real-time statistics.
